For Maureen Kauffman, a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Real Estate is in her blood.  "My grandfather was a licensed Real Estate Broker in Pennsylvania, my Mother was licensed in Pennsylvania and is currently a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida. Additionally, my sister, Nancy, is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida and I have a brother Tom, a licensed Real Estate Broker in Pennsylvania, specializing in commercial real estate and another brother Bill, a licensed salesperson in Pennsylvania and specializes in mortgage financing.  

With a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Maureen handles the day to day operations of Coyne Realty, Inc., as well as brokering sales.  Maureen was previously licensed in Pennsylvania and currently is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida.

Since opening our office in 1997 we have tripled our office space and added support staff.  Our sales have continued to grow as has our rental business.
